The
Mindfulness-Based
Stress Reduction
(MBSR) is an
8-week course
designed to help
attendees engage
with their own
well-being and
become more
effective at
managing stress and
their emotions. The
course will be of
benefit to coaches,
psychotherapists,
hypnotherapists and
counsellors, enabling
them to become more attuned with themselves and
their clients, improving their ability to engage in the
emotionally demanding and often stressful process of
tackling delicate and deep-seated personal issues, reducing their stress level and promoting
clients' progress.
