  • INNERNATION Announces New Training Dates for wingwave® Coaches
    wingwave® training and certification for new coaches will take place on 21st - 24th November 2013 in Brighton, UK. The training is open to individuals who have a degree in medicine or psychology, or to those who are certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioners.
  • NEW 8 Week Mindfulness Course Starting in September 2013
    The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week course designed to help attendees engage with their own well-being and become more effective at managing stress and their emotions. The course will be of benefit to coaches, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists and counsellors, enabling them to become more attuned with themselves and their clients, improving their ability to engage in the emotionally demanding and often stressful process of tackling delicate and deep-seated personal issues, reducing their stress level and promoting clients' progress.
  • INNERNATION Launches  StressBusters@Work
    Following the success of our community stress management programme Hove StressBusters, we have applied the same concept to the development of StressBusters@Work, a 10-week programme of lunch-time stress-management sessions. This unique concept is designed for institutions that wish to provide their employees with the opportunity to benefit from several different and empirically validated approaches to physical and psychological wellbeing and acquire effective stress management skills.

INNERNATION is the first company in the UK offering this powerful coaching technique to its' clients and providing training, certification and professional development seminars for English-speaking wingwave® coaches.

refers to a psychological state of moment-to-moment awareness without judgment and the practices that promote this awareness. Research has shown that regular practice can help to alleviate or prevent distress and promote positive well-being. Studies specifically looking at the effects of mindfulness in health professionals have reported additional benefits to those seen in the general population, including enhanced empathy and compassion, improved counselling skills and better quality of life. Furthermore, there is evidence to suggest improved treatment outcomes in clients whose therapists practiced regular meditation for just nine weeks.
